From Kojima Productions that says this will be a big project like MGS 4 and they built new engine from scratch, and people from Development Team sure that will looks greater that MGS 4.
It is statement from Kojima Productions that MGS Rising is not recycling, as they claimed to build a new engine to make a better games than MGS 4. And I think this is serious project from Kojima Productions because they aiming to make it good in every platform that MGS Rising will launch.
