Chrome 4.0 Released, 42% Speed Increased Over The Last Version And 400% Since The First Version

Chrome 4.0

The giant search engine Google was launched Chrome web browser 4.0, there more than 1,500 new features added claimed by Google. But right now Chrome only work under Windows, Apple and Linux users will have to wait. Google says that it’s take a year before the Chrome browser on their machines is up to speed.

The 1,500 features added on are file extension that are made by the developers to support functionally to Chrome. And most of extensions are useful but there’s nothing are spectacular, bookmark and sync it’s seems more useful.Because you could share your bookmarks on multiple computers without replace your bookmarks or copy them from system to system every time you switch computers.

Chrome 4 released with a few more HTML5 APIs for developers to work with including Local storage, Web sockets and Database API. And as usual Google has improve the speed of Chrome 4 and they claimed that the browser’s performance will be a lot faster. Testing using Mozzila’s Dromaeo DOM Core Test, the speed has increasing about 42% over the last stable version and 400% since the first version.
