It’s supported by the next-generation GeForce graphics cards with GF100 chip as based code, such as NV60, G300, GT300 that Fermi architecture supported.

3D Vision Surround is appearently to be the world’s only first consumer that provide 3D solutions which allows user to span 3D content through 3 high definition monitors or projectors for maximize gaming experience. Although 3D Vision Surround will officially release with Nvidia GeForce G100 graphics board later this year, the good news is 3D Vision Surround can be set on GeForce 200 series graphics cards with GT200/GT200b as the chips.
